Sadhana Yoga Kendra is proud to present a special 5 day yoga treatment camp for Diabetes in association with Sri Karunakar Guruji from Omkar Yoga Mandir, Puttur. This will be held from 21-Jan-2019 to 25-Jan-2019. Contact at our center for more details.

A fully dedicated center which has been recently extended to include 3 floors for accommodating many more students.

More than 300 people were part of the Samuhika Suryanamaskara Program where most of us performed 108 Suryanamaskaras, as a salutation to the Sun God.

Surya Yagna program was also conducted in the interest of the society and the well-being of the people.

The famous Harate program was re-created where various social issues were discussed by having eminent speakers on stage. It was very informative for the audience and they had a lot of content to take back home.

Sadhana Yoga Kendra was also involved in a Radio program called "Aarogyakkagi Yoga" through the Hosapete Radio Station which reached out to around 33,000 people.

We conduct regular yoga classes for people and teams from various professions including police officers, doctors, lawyers, educational insitutions etc.
